Concerns, complaints and compliments

All communication with the school has now been centralised to ensure you receive a quick response.

If you have a complaint, concern or general query please contact the academy via admin@parklane.spacademies.org  your email will be passed onto the appropriate person to deal with your query or concern.

For general enquiries, parents/ carers can ring the school office, which is open from Monday to Thursday between 8am and 4pm, Friday 8am - 3.30pm on school phone number 01422 362215 option 2. 

Any compliments/complaints or questions regarding the school restaurant service should be directed to CH&Co.
